Letting Go

March 31,2013, The Rev Doyt Conn preaching

Day 8 – The Great Vigil of Easter

March 30, 2013, The Rev Doyt Conn preaching

The journey from the tomb to Resurrection is one that invites us to move from darkness to light. The Resurrection happened once, but it also happens over and over again as we match the rhythms of our life with the permanence of the Resurrection. Read more

It is Finished

March 29, 2013, The Rev Kate Wesch preaching

It is finished. He is dead. Any way you look at it; Jesus has gone forth to another space. March 17, 2013, The Rev Conn preaching

What we believe as Christians is that we are beloved and we are eternal, and so is everyone else. But just knowing this is not enough to unveil the deep joy that God has in mind for us. Which is why we are Christians. Which is why we advocate for Christianity. Christianity’s purpose is to bring joy into being in fellowship with those who walk this journey of belovedness and eternity with us. Read more

EULOGY FOR CHARLEY BUSH

March 16, 2013, The Rev Doyt Conn preaching

I consider it a great privilege to stand here and remember our friend Charley Bush on behalf of the community. It is a humbling challenge because I know for certain that if each one of us came forward today and spoke for an hour on the life of Charley Bush we still wouldn’t do justice to this most magnificent man.
