Morning Prayer

Join us weekdays at 7:30 am for morning prayer on zoom.    The Daily Office can help center you in the morning before you begin your busy day. It is based on the ancient practice of prescribed daily times of prayer. The name comes from the Latin officium divinum, meaning “divine office” or “divine duty.”

Fasting in October

We are fasting for peace and unity and reconciliation. The fast will take place each of the five Fridays in October. The fast will include abstinence from food for a 24-hour period of time, starting at sunset Thursday evening and breaking at sunset Friday evening. The fast will be broken with the Eucharist each Friday
