Agape Feast and Maundy Thursday Liturgy

Date: Thursday, April 17
Time: 6:30 – 9:00 pm
Location: Great Hall and the Chapel

The Agape Feast dates to apostolic times and is a simple, meatless meal of soup, bread, cheese, olives, and fruit.

The Maundy Thursday Liturgy recalls the Last Supper of Jesus on the night of his betrayal.  It focuses on two major themes: Holy Hospitality and the institution of the Eucharist.  The service includes the traditional foot-washing and concludes with the stripping of the altar as an act of preparation for Good Friday.
