Pastoral Care

Responding to the needs of parishioners, this ministry reaches out through prayers, visits, phone calls, cards, rides, meals, and Eucharist taken to home or hospital.

To request pastoral care, to volunteer to help, or for any questions, please contact Robin Mondares.

LAY EUCHARISTIC VISITORS (LEVs)

Lay Eucharistic Visitors are trained and licensed by the diocese to take communion directly from the service to members of our parish family at retirement communities, hospitals, or home, when they cannot come to church.

EMAIL PRAYER LIST

In response to prayer requests from parishioners, a prayer is written and sent out to this list of parishioners in need. Please contact Robin Mondares if you have a prayer request or if you or your parish committee would like to be part of this growing email prayer team.

MEALS

This most helpful team organizes, schedules, prepares, and then delivers meals to fellow parishioners, whether they are adjusting to life with a new child, recovering from an illness, or facing other major life transitions.

CARDS

This loving ministry is one of the most meaningful and subtle. A card is sent to those parishioners who are in need, such as those who are elderly and cannot make it to church, those who have just given birth, or those who are ill or recovering from illness or surgery, just to say that we remember them, that they are in our hearts, and that we are praying for them.

FLOWERS

This wonderful ministry prepares bouquets made up of flowers from the Epiphany grounds and from the altar flowers and then delivers them to parishioners at home or in the hospital.
