Know Thyself! Emotional Intelligence (EI) includes the ability to motivate oneself, persistence, self-control, empathy, hope, the ability to shake off a bad mood, and smoothly manage relationships. Learn ways to improve your own EI as well as how to teach your children. Also explore how faith impacts our emotional habits and increases our capacity for personal joy and harmonious relationships.
Resources include Daniel Goleman’s book, Emotional Intelligence and Raising an Emotionally Intelligent Child by John Gottman.
